Casa Tres Monos was more incredible than the photos. Truly stunning! Property manager Valerie met us at the immaculate, newly remodeled home even though we were an hour early. She welcomed us with a brief tour and fresh charcuterie to kick off our 25th Anniversary celebration. Even the groceries she helped us pre-order were neatly arranged in the spacious kitchen and wine chiller. After enjoying the Pacific sunset from the infinity pool loungers, we rolled the electric golfcart out of the garage to nearby Prieta Beach Club where we prepped for a week of fine dining, spa treatments, and beach activites. The club concierge arranged massages, a Tapas Night feast at the on-site restaurant, surfing excursion, and offered the Prieta Club boat for guided tours. Spa time included outdoor jacuzzi and cold plunge pool while the top floor of the gym was open air with monkeys in the trees! Each day after all the action, the highlight was always quiet sunsets at the Casa then chilling in the well appointed, modern bedrooms – each with private poolside entrance through an outdoor shower. This is simply a world class home with gorgeous custom wood ceilings, brand new furnishings and stylish design. It was heavenly and we’ll be back. Next time with the kids and friends!

Our week long stay at Casa Tres Monos was a memorable one. From the moment we arrived our family was surprised not only by the beauty of the home itself, but by it’s gorgeous vistas. Upon arrival we were greeted Mariel’s team of warm and friendly drivers, housekeepers, and our personal Concierge, Adrian. The home is absolutely stunning! When you enter the home the first thing you notice are breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean sprawling out in front of you. The home does an amazing job of maximizing every view from almost every room. The home is well appointed with lovely furnishings that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. The decor in each space of the home was thoughtful and simply elegant. Each bedroom is large and luxurious with its own bathroom. The beds are heavenly and comfortable. The kind that will make you want to lay in bed a few extra moments and stare out at the ocean. The bathrooms were divine. Each one had an oversized shower, some with a separate tub, and even some with an outdoor shower. One of the things I noticed immediately as I was unpacking my belongings and placing them in the vanity was an array of various toiletries, medicines, cotton pads, even after sun lotion for those days we spent a little too much time in the sun! Nothing was overlooked. The updated and modern kitchen was also well stocked with almost every kind of tool or utensil needed. We had private chefs come on 2 separate occasions while we were there and it was well worth it! We wished we had planned for more nights. The gorgeous infinity pool is the main focal point of the home. While you are standing and gazing out you truly cannot tell where the pool ends and the ocean begins. There is a great deal of comfortable furniture and fun swinging chairs around to sit and gaze at the view. We had a team of housekeepers Sara, Leylani and Adrianna visit the home early each morning. They were very attentive and eager to help make breakfast in the morning, do laundry and clean the home from top to bottom daily. They made my vacation a true vacation. Only a quick golf cart ride away is the amazing Prieta Beach Club. The beach is gorgeous, but the facilities are phenomenal. They have a restaurant, pools, a fitness center and even a heavenly spa. Your trip will not be complete unless you make a visit here at least once. Before our arrival Mariel helped us to organize and plan many activities. She arranged for us golf cart rentals, beach club access, dinners, tours, private chefs, transportation, and a pre-arrival stock of groceries. I can’t say enough about Mariel and her team. They were all so kind and professional. We loved all of our drivers and every one of the tours she arranged for us. Adrian, our personal concierge, was extremely attentive and would help us with any request we had. Overall we loved our time at Casa Tres Monos and would love to return for a visit again soon. Our family agreed that this was probably be of our top 3 vacations. Thank you to Mariel and her team!

After a quick trip from the airport, we arrived at the elegant property Casa Tres Monos. As we entered this house the view of the ocean was incredible from the front door to the terrace. We immediately knew that we were going to have a 5-star vacation. The house was clearly newly renovated and decorated and was simply stunning and pristine throughout. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and more. What made this a hassle-free stay for everyone was the quick response of the staff and concierge service, especially assisting us with excursions and reservations. The location of the house enabled our group to spend many days going back and forth from the beach club taking advantage of the pool, beach activities and water sports along with kids organized programs. Some of us had massages beachside under the palm trees. Others took the golf cart to the Arnold Palmer golf course, the marina for fishing excursions or catamaran outings. The peninsula’s Explorer program offered ideas for day trips. We’re planning on a return trip to this property next winter.

Wow! When our family first stepped foot in Casa Tres Monos the view took our breath away. The interior decor is so fresh, modern and calming – and feels so local to Costa Rica. Luxurious but laid back. The beds are all so comfortable and everything is clean and well-maintained. The home is stocked with everything we needed for our stay – from kitchen appliances to pool and beach toys. The concierge team was incredibly helpful and responsive both in planning our visit ahead of time, but also in assisting us with changes and reservations during our stay. The house location is perfect – just a few minutes to the Four Seasons, the golf course/tennis courts, and the Prieta Beach Club (also only ~35 mins from the airport). There is such a variety of activities for both kids and adults. The sunset view was the most incredible we have ever seen. We were so sad to leave and already have plans to return! What an amazing experience for our family!

What a wonderful time we had at Tres Monos celebrating my birthday with family. After a short drive from the airport, we were met with a breathtaking sight. I couldn’t wait to open the door and take in the full water view sight—absolutely stunning. I’ve vacationed in some other homes here, but no other view comes close to this! The outdoor areas are exceptionally well done and so comfortable with plenty of seating. The house is well appointed, and I especially love the local art scattered throughout the house. The bedrooms are spacious and have great views of the expansive water. The bathrooms have indoor and outdoor showers. All in all, the house is well equipped, beautifully decorated, and so clean. The house has access to Prieta Beach Club and Four Seasons restaurants and beaches. Prepare to be spoiled by the staff—they are accommodating and take care of your needs quickly and efficiently. The concierge service assists in making reservations, stocking the house and planning excursions. Service is always prompt and reliable. We enjoyed the services of a private chef one evening, and I would highly recommend this. Sit back, enjoy drinks while watching the stunning sunset, and let someone else prepare your meal. Nothing better!
